The Festival of Trees
My friend Jill and I were in charge of the santa's sleigh for the Festival of trees. We went with a sports theme and purchased the toys last January when Target had all their toys 75% off. Eric made the goal posts and football field for us. Our budget for the toys was $400 and it sold for $3,000!!!! All the toys were donated to a local charity.

Oh, Chanel! Look at that cute baby BOY!!! Makes me smile from ear to ear to think of the Palmers with a little B O Y! Who woulda thought?! Keaton is such a lucky kid - he was born into such a terrific family and I am so thrilled for all of you! We love you guys. Next time you're in town, bring the little guy over so I can squeeze those cheeks!
