If you are ever driving through Central Point Oregon (only a few miles North of Medford) you MUST stop and get corn here. It is seriously the best corn you will ever eat... if you think I am exaggerating you can read this.
I heard people talking about it but I was a nonbeliever, after having eaten 3 ears in one sitting... I BELIEVE!!!
The pick fresh corn every hour and it is just AMAZING!

There is nothing like fresh picked corn. The key is to be picked when it is cool and eaten immediately or within 24 hours, whichever comes first. Easier to do when the farm is just up the road, you are lucky.
Mmmmm, I love me some good roasted corn on the cob!
ran into Jackie R at Target last night and we've decided you are so busy having so much fun in your new hometown that you don't miss us a bit(I think Melissa might agree, too). we're glad you all are adjusting so easily, but a few tears or something would have made us feel a bit more loved. What, the corn on a stick with mayo and chili pepper at Market Night wasn't good enough for you?
