I'm so sad.
I have spent the entire morning looking for a nativity.
It is Christmas so I thought this would be easy, it was not. As I asked sales people if they had any nativity's some did not even know what a nativity was. The salesperson at JC Penny said "No we just have Mickey Mouse christmas stuff". After looking through shelves full of Santas, snowmen and nutcrackers I finally found a nativity on the bottom shelf of Kohls.
I realized today that the world has officially dropped Christ from Christmas.

I have had a hard time finding them too. I wanted to adopt a family and leave a piece at a time. Is the one from Kohl's nice?
Come visit me in Utah -- (or check the Deseret Book site)-- so many cool ones, I'm always left wanting more (although my collection has grown now to near 40and I have little room to display what I have!) OR -- check Jacki's blog and ask her how to make the one she did for RS in Redlands -- we're making 66 of them for fam and Mutual. They're quite fun and very, very cute. And your kids could help! Have a very nice CHRISTmas!! :) Love you -- LaRae
