Wear your shoes!

I have picked out more splinters since we moved here then I can count.  I guess that's what happens when you have bark in all the flower beds and your girls like to explore barefoot. You would think after the 1st few splinters they would learn.

That's too bad, part of the beauty of summer is being able to go barefoot!

Splinter tweezers work great. Google to find them. The sharp point can grab those small pesky slivers. On the other hand, the girls just need to get the Oregonian feet. You know, the calloused bottoms that come from walking in the woods with no shoes. Then they can chase raccoons, opossums and the like barefoot. We look forward to the pictures.
